All Rotary Youth Exchange Students are required to have Rotary Approved health insurance. RYE District 5190 requires insurance purchased from CISI-Bolduc. Inbound students are to purchase the insurance before they leave their home country. Outbound students will be given the enrollment form at their Outbound Orientation, and are NOT to purchase their insurance directly from CISI-Bolduc.
